Wall Mounted Fume Extractors

Our wall mounted fume extractors use a powerful 2 HP motor and an aluminum propeller to create strong suction. The flexible capture arm can be positioned near the source of fumes or dust.

As contaminants are drawn into the arm, they pass through our filtration system (in filtered models) or are ducted outside (in ducted models).

For filtered units, our three-stage filtration process effectively removes particulates from the air before recirculating clean air back into the workspace.

We offer arms in two diameters (6" or 8") and three lengths (7', 10', or 14'). The choice depends on your specific needs.

Longer arms provide greater reach, while larger diameters can handle higher airflow.

The 8" diameter arms are particularly useful for heavy-duty applications or when you need to position the hood farther from the work area.

We offer flexible capture arms in various sizes to suit different workspace needs. Our arms come in lengths of 7, 10, or 14-feet, and diameters of 6 or 8 inches, allowing you to choose the best coverage for your specific area.

Fume Xtractors wall mount fume extractors are designed for the following welding applications:

We offer a range of sizes, with diameters from 3-8 inches and lengths from 5-feet to 14-feet. Our experts can help you select the perfect size for your specific application and workspace.

Filter bases and spark traps are optional.

Wire mesh pre-filter is washable with water (this filter is only available with a spark trap option). The filter life is 2-3 months depending on the application (type of welding, type of material, and how clean the material is) and environment in the welding industry (this filter is only available with a filter base option).

Filtered models are self-contained and super easy to install. You can simply mount them to a wall or welding booth and connect to a power source. Ducted models require more complex installation, including duct design. Please get in touch with our specialists to learn more.
