FumeXtractors Return & Warranty Policy

We appreciate your business. Air Cleaning Specialists, Inc. is committed to delivering quality equipment and exceptional customer service. The following policies apply to all FumeXtractors equipment and accessories.

Workmanship Warranty

FumeXtractors units include a 2-year workmanship warranty (filters not included with the unit are excluded). Warranty claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in a repair, replacement, or credit/refund at our discretion with proper documentation.

Exchange of Damaged Items

Please inspect all shipments upon delivery. If damage is found, refuse delivery and notify us immediately for replacement arrangements. If the shipment is accepted and signed for without noting the damage in detail, the responsibility for filing a freight claim transfers to the customer.

Exchange of Defective Items

If you believe your equipment is defective, contact us within 30 days of purchase to obtain a Return Authorization. You will not incur additional freight charges for approved replacement shipments. Contact Air Cleaning Specialists, Inc. at (866) 651-9762 or info@fumextractors.com.

Return Policy (Non-Defective Items)

All non-defective returns require prior written approval and are handled on a case-by-case basis. When approved, returns must meet the following requirements:

  • Requested within 30 days of receipt
  • 30% restocking fee applies
  • Customer is responsible for prepaid freight back to us
  • Product must be in new, unused, and resalable condition
  • Must include original packaging

Custom, special-order, made-to-order equipment and unit filters are non-returnable.

Incorrect products shipped in our error will be replaced at no cost and retrieved promptly once reported.
