The Product
The OX3500C is an ambient air cleaner with a T-Style airflow pattern that pulls air through dual side inlets and pushes clean, filtered air through a center grill/fan.
Its low airflow-to-filter ratio makes it ideal for oil mist, providing higher efficiency and extended filter life.

The Challenge
Mac Fasteners makes more than 200 million aerospace fasteners a year for the aerospace and defense industries. In their main 53,000 sq. ft. facility, steadily running cold-header machines filled the workspace with heavy oil mist from evaporated coolant.
The Solution
Eight OX3500C air cleaners with oil collection assemblies were strategically installed throughout the 53,000 sq. ft. facility.
Unlike the large Smog-Hog units, the OX3500Cs were compact enough to hang directly over the rows of cold-header machines, closer to where the oil mist is generated.
